CSIA Member Categories

The following changes have been made, effective January 1, 2006:

Regular Member – previously applied to all CSIA members (and often confused with Registered Member) – no longer used.

Registered Member - previously applied to CSIA members who passed the "Best Practices & Benchmarks" audit – no longer used. It is replaced by:

Certified Member - spotlights the inherent value and elevated status of those CSIA members who have passed the audit and earned that distinction.

Associate – CSIA members who have not yet been audited to earn Certified Member status.

Partner - (Automation hardware/software manufacturers/suppliers) - Formerly "Associates," this name better reflects their invaluable CSIA role.

Participant - Control system integrators, primarily young or recent start-up firms, whose annual revenues do not qualify them for full "Associate" status.

Certified Member, Associate, and Participant dues are:

Automation Revenue <$7.5 Million - $ 950.00 per year

Automation Revenue >$7.5 Million - $1450.00 per year

Partner dues are:

Automation Hardware/Software revenue <$50 Million -$1050.00 per year

Automation Hardware/Software revenue $50 - $250 Million -$2250.00 per year

Automation Hardware/Software revenue >$250 Million -$4500.00 per year
