CSIA Membership: You Can’t Afford to Be Without It

_____________________________________________________________________________

The Top 5 Reasons for all Control System Integrators

to be CSIA Members!

1. The Annual Executive Conference. The CSIA Executive Conference takes place each April and is a gathering of owners and top managers of our system integrator members and Partner automation vendor members. The conference is three days of educational sessions, networking and entertainment. Some call it an annual business tune-up. Click here for information on the 2012 Conference program.

2. Best Practices Manual. The Best Practices Manual contains 120 pages and about 300 criteria on running a first-class control systems integration company. It was written by our members and has been revised three times to keep it relevant and accurate. The manual is exclusively for CSIA members. Click here to download the Table of Contents.

3. CSIA Certification. CSIA Certification is achieved by passing an audit of the most critical criteria from the Best Practices Manual. Preparing your company for the audit improves business operations and gives you an advantage because end-users see certified integrators as a lower risk.

4. Private Community of Conversations and a Library. As a CSIA member you can engage in online conversations with other members around the globe. Become a member and ask your most challenging business questions. You'll also have access to a library of helpful business documents. See a list of recent conversation topics here.

5 . Find an Integrator. Find an Integrator is a search tool for end-users to locate integrators that meet their desired criteria. Only CSIA members are in the search tool. Click on the Find an Integrator tab on the right side of this page to give it a test drive.

Why have other System Integrators become CSIA members?

Here's what some of our 300+ system integrator members globally have said:
• They can’t figure out how to increase sales
• Their operational costs are high and they acknowledge that it is because of insufficient processes and procedures
• They can’t bid some projects because they aren’t CSIA Certified
• Their business insurance broker doesn’t understand their business
• They don’t know where to turn when faced with difficult business decisions
• They don’t know how their business is doing compared to their competitors
