Best Practices Workshop Is Back!
Want to learn more about applying best practices to your business? Interested in CSIA Certification but not sure where to start? Keen to get the best out of your business practices? If so, plan to attend the 2022 CSIA Best Practices Workshop!
Specifically for CSIA members, best practices training is intended to help grow your business using the proven best practices of other system integration companies.
You'll learn about the intent of the practices outlined in CSIA's Best Practices and Benchmarks Manual and implementation approaches relevant to your business.
Based on feedback from previous year’s attendees, the 2022 workshop will focus on small group activities to maximize this unique opportunity for peer-to-peer communication. In addition, the workshop will provide information from an auditor's perspective ensuring you'll return to the office with concrete steps to prepare your company for the future.
You will also get a series of pre-recorded webinars and copy of the Best Practices and Benchmarks Manual (version 5.0) prior to the workshop. With a “head start” on the material, you can arrive at the workshop ready to collaborate with your colleagues and peers on the best ways to implement CSIA Best Practices.
The workshop will consist of two days (one full day and two half days) of interactive classroom training, focusing on those areas that are the most challenging for integration companies as they grow. The intent is to share essential information related to each area of the integrator business so you can move forward with the implementation of the related practices.
The material will be presented over the course of the week, ensuring time between sessions to allow you to process, discuss and truly absorb the material.
If you are the owner or senior manager of a company ranging in size from $2 million $8 million in total revenue – or a manager or member of the engineering team -- who is responsible for implanting best practices or are actively involved in improving business systems and processes -- then this course is for you.
