How to Implement a Full-Fledged Industry 4.0 Environment ‎with IOhub™‎ Sponsored by EZ VPN

When:  Aug 24, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 (CT)

As a system integrator, building Industry 4.0 applications requires intensive coding and extensive man hours with a consequent high cost. At times, the cost to implement these applications is so high that it discourages the customer from implementing Industry 4.0 solutions.

During this presentation, you will learn how to implement a complete Industry 4.0 environment using IOhub™ to communicate with different machines, auxiliary equipment and software typically present in a factory floor.

The example presented during this presentation simulates an extrusion company with multiple sites that integrates the ERP with production machines and auxiliary equipment, automatically generates vendor POs, launches production orders based on customer POs, visualizes production order schedule, controls the extruder output and sends notifications to customers on production order status.

The solution introduced during the session will require no coding and uses available pre-configured modules already present in IOhub™.

In just 45 minutes, you will learn:

  • How IOhub makes the implementation of Industry 4.0 simple and flexible.
  • How to connect multiple sites under one IOhub™ instance.
  • IOhub™ fundamentals.
