Join the Emerging Leaders to work on continued development of key leadership skills. This presentation will be focused on coaching.

This session will explore effective coaching practices and how they apply well beyond managing others. Coaching is an integral skill for any leader who hopes to lift up others in their organization.

In addition, this interactive discussion will:

• Examine the difference between giving advice and coaching and how each of them can be effective,
• Discuss methods for asking powerful questions,
• Break into smaller groups for some exercises on effective listening.
