Alan has been a partner at law firms Dorsey & Whitney and Greenberg Traurig, where he handled mergers & acquisitions and international corporate transactions. Alan is the President and a Board Member of the NREL Foundation, where he’s involved in philanthropically supporting NREL’s mission related to clean energy.
Chad Shaffer is a Portfolio Development Executive at Siemens Industry Software Inc. In this role, he is responsible for Industry 4.0 thought leadership through the lens of digital twin and simulation practices. Chad has 20 years of experience delivering programs across automotive & EV, machine building, electronics, oil & gas, and metal converting verticals.
Harrison M. Wadsworth IV is Senior Director of Government Affairs and Head of Digital and Transportation policy at Siemens Corporation, in Washington, DC. In this role, he is responsible for using the government affairs function to advance the interests of Siemens Digital Industry and Mobility businesses, as well as cross-business cybersecurity topics. This includes analyzing, predicting and influencing U.S. government policies to support business growth, and representing Siemens businesses at trade associations and other organizations, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Information Technology Industry Council, Coalition for the Northeast Corridor, and Railway Supply Institute. Before joining Siemens, Harrison was a Manager, Congressional Affairs at the Association of American Railroads. Before that, he worked in the House of Representatives.
