About the Speakers
As a Managing Director of The Bundy Group, Clint Bundy has over 17 years of investment banking experience, including more than a decade in the controls and automation market. During that time, he has advised numerous automation companies in business sales, capital raises and acquisitions. As an active member of CSIA for many years, Clint has led educational panels at CSIA conferences and written numerous articles for the CSIA eNewsletter.
Previously, Clint worked with Wachovia’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he advised on numerous public and privately-held transactions. Prior to investment banking, Clint worked at Accenture, a technology and consulting services firm, where he served as a project financial controller both domestically and internationally.
Stewart Carlin is also a Bundy Group Managing Director. He has over a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience and brings to the team a wealth of strategic, operational, and investment banking experience across multiple industries, including controls and automation, technology and cybersecurity. He has been active in advising owners and executives on numerous automation transactions.
Prior to joining Bundy Group, Stewart served as Chief Financial Officer of a growth-oriented technology firm and has fulfilled key strategy roles for growth companies and Fortune 500 companies alike, including corporate finance experience at Johnson & Johnson Innovation and Coty.
