Developing the next generation of leaders is critical to any organization. In this forum, a panel of current CSIA member leaders will talk about their leadership journey to share stories, challenges and lessons learned to other leaders within the CSIA community.
During this forum you will:
- Learn about a newly formed committee within CSIA that is focused on helping develop aspiring individuals for future leadership positions within their company and CSIA.
- Hear from 3 industry leaders from different organizations, in different roles, about their leadership journey and what they've learned along the way.
- Learn about ways to engage with other emerging leaders within CSIA.
- At the conclusion of the hour-long event, attendees will be invited to attend an optional virtual happy hour for those interested in networking and continuing the discussion.

About the Speakers
Andrew Palmberg, P.E. Control Systems is the Engineering Manager for Technical Systems Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the control systems industry and has in-depth knowledge of control panel and network design, instrumentation and motor control centers with a focus in the water and waste water industry. Andrew has a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Becca Johnson is a Continuous Improvement, Quality & Safety professional with Gray Solutions (formerly known as Stone Technologies). She has over 10 years of experience with safety, quality, lean process improvements, training, leadership, and change management not only within the control systems integration community but also in Manufacturing. She was also the recipient of the CSIA Rising Star Award in 2019.
Keith Mandachit, P.E. is the Engineering Manager for Huffman Engineering Inc., a certified member of CSIA since 2005. Keith worked his way up from an entry-level position of building control panels to earning his seat on the Huffman Engineering leadership team. He is a graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been named to the Control Engineering Leaders Under 40 Class of 2012 list and received the CSIA Rising Star Award in 2014.
About the Moderator
John Sullivan is a Project Director for DMC, Inc., where he started 12 years ago in the Chicago office. In 2014, he relocated to Denver to found a DMC location there. He earned a his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman and is a Control Systems P.E. He has worked in a very wide variety of industries and has experience in everything from food and beverage, automotive, defense, and more. He is the chair of the Emerging Leaders committee and is excited to help grow along with the next generation of leaders.
