About the Speaker

John Dyck is CEO of the Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CESMII), where he is a practical visionary with a passion for innovation in the Manufacturing IT space. Known globally, he is a domain expert on both technology and business management in the nexus that often separates IT and operations.

 For the past 5 years, he has been focused on how innovations like Cloud and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) impact manufacturing and has pioneered the application of these technologies in a wide range of manufacturing operations across many industries.

 He was recently awarded a number of patents for the application of IIoT and analytics in manufacturing workflows and business processes.

 John comes to CESMII from Rockwell Automation, where he was the Global Director of Software Business Development.
