About the Speakers

Don Roberts brings almost 40 years of domestic and international systems integration experience to the position of Principal at Exotek LLC. Due to the diversity of his professional experiences and his commitment to the future focus of the industry, Don has become a leader in providing guidance to control systems integrators as they steer their companies through periods of significant growth.

In addition to sitting on the board of a number of companies, Don also is responsible for performing business level audits globally to assess companies’ compliance with the CSIA Certification program.



Jack Barber is an independent management consultant who brings more than 30 years at National Instruments (NI), most of which focused on building its system integration business.

Jack spent extensive time with NI Partners around the world understanding and sharing best business practices and helped NI build its Global Services working with project teams to deliver large-scale solutions to NI’s most strategic and demanding customers.

By joining Exotek, he now helps SI clients by assessing and implementing best practices, advising and facilitating their strategic planning and execution, improving their business practices, and managing peer groups.

As a certified Myers-Briggs professional, he also helps clients improve their self-awareness (a foundational element of leadership) and build high performance teams.
