Learn how to formulate a Strategy on a Page (SOAP) using a simple online tool referencing a fictitious SI as a working example. In just 45 minutes, you’ll:
- Learn how to drive a simple online tool to flesh out your:
- Overall vision, values, and direction
- Strategic pillars, including KPI's and initiatives
- Produce a one-page SOAP to track and communicate the execution of your strategy

About the Speakers
Barry Anderson is director of LATSA Learning Services, an Australian-based company that provides a suite of management consulting and certified/customized project and process management training services. Barry’s more than 30 years of experience includes serving as national estimation manager for the largest systems integrator in Australia. In addition to estimation and bid management, Barry’s experience includes installation, supervision, design – both electrical and controls -- and project and contract management.
