Samy Achour is the CEO and Founder of Integration Objects, has over 25 years of experience in architecting, developing and deploying automation and safety, advanced controls and optimization, and artificial intelligence knowledge base, predictive and prescriptive based solutions for the process industry. Samy is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and provides innovative and sophisticated solutions for major corporations primarily in the oil and gas, power & utilities, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, steel and chemical industries. Samy earned several awards such as Progressive Technology Leader from the Manufacturing Leadership Council, top 25 technology leaders for the manufacturing industry from the CIO and Silicon Review.
Prior to Integration Objects, Samy Achour held several positions from project engineer, solutions architect, to Vice-President of Operations respectively at Michelin Tire, Aspen Technology and Gensym. His work experience has been primarily around architecting and developing online advanced solutions combining modeling, big data analytics and knowledge based AI technologies for maximized safety and profit improvements. Samy Achour holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina and an MBA from Furman.
