continuous improvement, and excellent service internally and externally and coach others accordingly. What does this look like? Team members become better listeners, risk managers, they habitually implement change from failure, are more accountable, use processes to get details right, and communicate more effectively. I have heard feedback from multiple clients that our team is the only contractor they don't have to manage / think about. That's earned trust.
