As you may recall, CSIA Pulse is a new, simpler, statistics program designed around feedback from our integrator members. The CSIA Pulse program is designed to give members ready-access to relevant member-wide metrics to help business owners and management set realistic targets for their efforts to improve company operations. In this webinar, we will give a brief overview of the Pulse goals and then dive into the parameters being gathered and why these parameters are useful for measuring your company performance. At the wrap-up, we’ll show how we are using Microsoft Excel to simplify the data collection and reporting process while exposing the performance indicator calculations and the reasons for computing these indicators. The confidentiality of your data is critical and we will continue to use iLumen to help manage the data collection, as we’ve done for the past several years.
