Track your business performance and compensation practices with our online benchmarking tools.
Our financial benchmarking program, KPICs, is the power tool for system integrators who want to base decisions on industry-specific data and build a sound business. Submit financial data directly from your accounting system and receive analytic dashboards, financial reports and industry trends.
The KPICs program is designed to enable you to compare your company financials against your CSIA peers. Such a group of peers is the only pool that allows such a direct comparison. Any other pool will leave you wondering if your numbers are different than the average because you are a system integrator and they are not.
This program is administered by CSIA and the data are managed by iLumen in a secure and confidential repository. Your financials are imported into the iLumen database with a map between your categories and the ones used for comparison. Imports can happen on a quarterly or annual basis.
Some measures captured for the comparison are:
- Compare your profitability against peers. Are you not managing your projects tightly enough?
- Gives you tools to improve profitability.
- Measures short term financial resources. How well are your peers using their money?
- Illustrates potential cash shortages.
- Reveals comparison debt levels. Are you being too aggressive or not enough with debt?
- Shows how others are reacting to economic and industry downturns and upticks.
- Check your overall use and levels of cash flow.
Reports are available via the web for easy access when you want the results.
Our annual salary survey is an online tool that allows you to compare your company's compensation practices to those of other members.
The CSIA salary survey is perfectly designed to help CSIA members design the best compensation package for your employees. The survey is built around job role descriptions specifically chosen from our industry. The survey includes roles that you won’t find in a general purpose survey, such as Control Engineer, Branch Manager, Sales Person, and Service Technician.
This program is administered by CSIA and the data are managed by iLumen (www.ilumen.com) in a secure and confidential repository. Your data are entered into the iLumen database in January on an annual basis. Entry typically takes less than 20 minutes.
Salary is one of the biggest expenses for most CSIA members. Why not access the best information for your decisions by contributing your own data into the pool?
