During this session, you’ll learn about gaps in workforce skills related to digital transformation and Industry 4.0. Competency models for other manufacturing knowledge domains will be presented, and how those models can be a springboard for a new one that supports the digital transformation. At a micro-level, the day-to-day skills and management structures needed to enable Industry 4.0 will be discussed for both the shop floor and the front office.
