Question: What is included in my registration?
Answer: Member/non-member registration includes breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, as well as lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Access to all speaker presentations, the Opening Toast, the Industry Expo & Reception, the Awards Reception and Dinner, as well as the Closing event are also included. Additional fees are required for the Thursday morning Fun Run/Walk and the Friday afternoon tours.
- Spouse/guests have two registration options:
  - Evening Events Only: includes Opening Toast, Expo and Reception, Awards Reception and Dinner
  - Evening Events & Activities: includes the above evening events, plus the A Taste of the Vieux Carre tour and the Behind-the-Scenes Antiquing With Lunch at Antoine's tour.

Question: Are children required to register?
Answer: Children under 18 may attend the Opening Toast, the Industry Expo & Reception, the Awards Reception and Dinner, as well as the Closing event. Additional charges apply for tours and Fun Run/Walk. Attendees over 18 must register under one of the spouse/guest options.

Question: Is CSIA gear available?
Answer: Visit the CSIA apparel store to purchase branded clothing and gear from Lands’ End. Have items customized with the CSIA logo, CSIA Certified logo or annual CSIA Executive Conference logo. Items will be shipped directly to you. Start shopping now!

Question: What are the onsite registration hours?
Answer: Tuesday, May 19: Noon – 5:30 p.m. & Wednesday, May 20: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Question: Does CSIA offer travel deals or discounts?
Answer: Yes, CSIA is pleased to offer corporate travel discounts with Delta, Avis and Budget rentals.
- Flight Discounts:
  - Delta: CSIA has partnered with Delta to offer a travel discount of up to 10% off domestic fares flying into New Orleans (MSY). Reservations and ticketing are available online. When booking online, select Book, click on Advanced Search and enter the meeting code NMTVL in the "Meeting Code" box provided on the page.

Question: Where can I access presentation materials?
Answer: Most speaker handouts and slides are scheduled to be available to registered attendees via the conference mobile app before the conference starts.

Question: Will internet be available during the meeting?
Answer: Complimentary WiFi access is available throughout the CSIA meeting space at the Astor Crowne Plaza. Credentials to access the Wi-Fi will be provided as the conference approaches.

Question: What is the conference dress attire?
Answer: Leave your ties and business suits at home! Business casual is the recommended attire for the 2020 CSIA Executive Conference.
