Question: What is included in my conference pass?
Answer: Member/non-member registration includes breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, as well as lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Access to all speaker presentations, the Opening Reception, the Industry Expo & Reception, the Awards Reception and Dinner, as well as the Closing event are also included. Additional fees are required for the Wednesday morning Fun Run/Walk and the Friday afternoon tour.
- Spouse/guests registration option includes Opening Reception, lunch (ie Women in Industry), Industry Expo and Reception, Awards Reception and Dinner

Question: Are children required to register?
Answer: Children under 18 may attend the Opening Reception, the Industry Expo & Reception, the Awards Reception and Dinner, as well as the Closing event. Additional charges apply for tour and Fun Run/Walk. Attendees over 18 must register under the spouse/guest option.

Question: What are the onsite registration hours?
Answer: Tuesday, April 16: 2:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 17: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday, April 19: 8:00 a.m. - 12 noon

Question: Does CSIA offer travel deals or discounts?
Answer: Yes, CSIA is pleased to offer corporate travel discounts with Delta, Avis and Budget rentals. We hope you will take advantage of these special rates.
- Flight Discounts:
  - Delta: CSIA has partnered with Delta to offer a travel discount of up to 10% off domestic fares flying into Dallas. Reservations and ticketing are available online. When booking online, select Book, click on Advanced Search and enter the meeting code NM3DA in the "Meeting Code" box provided on the page.

Question: Where can I access presentation materials?
Answer: Most speaker handouts and slides are scheduled to be available to registered attendees via the conference mobile app before the conference starts.

Question: Will internet be available during the meeting?
Answer: Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the CSIA meeting space at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Credentials to access the Wi-Fi will be provided as the conference approaches.

Question: What is the conference dress attire?
Answer: Leave your ties and business suits at home! Business casual is the recommended attire for the 2024 CSIA Conference.
