The 2024 CSIA Conference will be held April 15-19, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.
The conference is the highlight of the professional year, with over 500 system integrators and industry partners meeting to network, hear outstanding speakers, share best practices, and learn about new products and services. In addition to strong educational programming, the Partner Industry Expo and Reception will showcase the latest products and services from industry supplier, manufacturer, and service provider members. Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable through Thursday, March 14, 2024, less a $50 cancellation fee for each registration. After Thursday, March 14, 2024, cancellation fees increases to $500 per registration and become non-refundable after Monday, April 8, 2024.
While we currently don’t anticipate challenges to our ability to deliver the 2024 CSIA Conference, we have decided to simplify the administrative process in the event the CSIA determines that the event must be cancelled for any reason, including those beyond its control. If that happens, attendees will be asked their preference in how we handle the disposition of their registration fee(s) by applying the fees to either the 2025 membership renewals or 2025 CSIA Conference or a refund. Each attendee will be asked their preference during the registration process.
Note: the potential applications of fees to membership renewal or a future conference are only available if CSIA determines that the 2024 event must be canceled and are not applicable if canceled by the registrant(s).
