Keith is a business professional with 20 years of small business experience. In his role at Lord & Company, Inc. he oversees accounting, project estimating, purchasing, human resources and marketing. Before this Keith spent the first part of his career as draftsman. Through promotion he moved to project engineer and then engineering coordinator. As engineering coordinator he acted as liaison for the engineering and sales teams. In 1995 he set out with two partners to open their own systems integration firm. In 1996 the three opened a division of Lord & Company, Inc. in the Charlotte, NC area. Keith has immersed himself in learning leadership since 1997. This has helped him grow as leader and teacher and helped Lord & Company thrive. In 2005 L&C joined the Control Systems Integrators Association (CSIA). Under his leadership Lord & Company set the goal of achieving CSIA Certification within two years. November 2007 saw they that goal realized. Keith won the 2012 Rising Star Award presented by CSIA for his work at L&C and within the association. Keith’s and his wife Priscilla reside in Lancaster, SC they have three adult children.
